Sauteed Bananas

I have a lot of perfectly ripe bananas in my kitchen. Thought I would make sauteed bananas. It was great for dessert, everybody loves it. It's simple enough to finish in 10 minutes. You can eat it as it is or with vanilla ice cream.

Sauteed Bananas

4 ripe bananas - halved
1 tbsp salted butter
cinnamon - optional
grated cheddar cheese - optional

Melt the butter in a non-stick pan
over medium-high heat. Put in the bananas and heat it until it caramelizes. Transfer to a plate and add some cinnamon and grated cheddar cheese. Serve warm.
